Blue cheese hamburger














Burger:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons bread crumbs

Dressing:
1/2 cup butter
3 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 lb blue cheese
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
  1. Combine ground beef, egg, and breadcrumbs. Form into patties.
  2. Combine hard butter and crushed garlic, cook over low heat until melted and garlic is well incorporated.
  3. Add cheese, Dijon, garlic butter to food processor. Blend until well-mixed.
  4. Cook burger to taste. Top with dressing and serve.
