Burger:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
Dressing:
1/2 cup butter
3 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 lb blue cheese
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

- Combine ground beef, egg, and breadcrumbs. Form into patties.
- Combine hard butter and crushed garlic, cook over low heat until melted and garlic is well incorporated.
- Add cheese, Dijon, garlic butter to food processor. Blend until well-mixed.
- Cook burger to taste. Top with dressing and serve.
