Chicken salad
















serves 2-3

3 large chicken breasts (~3 cups cubed)
1 Golden Delicious apple
3 stalks celery
1 cup red grapes
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  1. Cook chicken and cube.
  2. Chop apples, celery and grapes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayo, pepper and lemon juice
  4. Mix all ingredients together, chill 30 minutes and serve.
