Serves 4-6
1 pound crab meat
16 ounces cream cheese
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
2-3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
a dash lemon juice
garlic salt
paprika
- In a large bowl , mix together all ingredients but crab meat and half of Cheddar cheese with a fork.
- Add crab and combine well.
- Transfer dip to casserole dish or ramekins and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
- Cool and chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Sprinkle paprika and serve.
