Baltimore baked crab dip


















Serves 4-6

1 pound crab meat
16 ounces cream cheese
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
2-3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
a dash lemon juice
garlic salt
paprika
  1. In a large bowl , mix together all ingredients but crab meat and half of Cheddar cheese with a fork.
  2. Add crab and combine well. 
  3. Transfer dip to casserole dish or ramekins and sprinkle with remaining cheese. 
  4. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. 
  5. Cool and chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Sprinkle paprika and serve.
