cake: 2 8-ounce cream cheese packages

- Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
- Bake crust according to directions. This usually means wetting it with egg whites and baking at 350 for 10 minutes
- In a large bowl, combine ingredients for cake and pour into crust.
- Bake in preheated over at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes.
- Spread topping and refrigerate overnight before serving.
