10 cherry tomatoes
1/2 canteloupe
1/2 honeydew
10 slices of prosciutto
1 large mozzarella ball
10 bamboo skewers (4"-6")
black pepper
- Peel honeydew and cantaloupes and cut into 3/4" cubes.
- Slice mozzarella into 3/4" cubes.
- Skewer everything together, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately.
