Fruit and cheese skewers
















 
serves 5

10 cherry tomatoes
1/2 canteloupe
1/2 honeydew
10  slices of prosciutto
1 large mozzarella ball
10 bamboo skewers (4"-6")
black pepper
  1. Peel honeydew and cantaloupes and cut into 3/4" cubes.
  2. Slice mozzarella into 3/4" cubes.
  3. Skewer everything together, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately.
